His practice consists primarily in representing U.S. and Mexico based clients in the structuring, acquisition, and disposition of Mexican corporate, commercial, and real property investments. Also, he is expert in mergers and acquisitions of Mexican entities.

He is the leader of the litigation team in civil, commercial, administrative and employment cases, representing clients before Local, State and Federal Courts in Mexico City, Central and Northern States of Mexico.
